Everyone wants to know what the best college offers are.

The Michigan hierarchy of college offers always has Michigan State and Michigan at the top, with the former entrenched at the top spot as long as Tom Izzo is in charge.

The other D1 schools can be interchangeable, however, current coaching staffs might have separated a couple from the rest of the other mid-majors.
